Dear Trinity Lutheran Church community,
Through a time of prayer and study of who we already are, and discernment of who God is calling us to be, we are giving voice to God’s vision for us and developing a strategic plan to guide us for the next 5-10 years of this congregation. We were heartened, encouraged, and challenged by the feedback we received from you through surveys and our first congregational gathering for sharing and dreaming on September 14th, 2025. We heard common themes about why we have chosen this place as our spiritual home, but we also heard the call to deepen both our individual and shared faith and commitments as we walk with our Lord, gather as a community, and love and serve our brothers and sisters in the world. We were challenged to address many important issues.
We, as a congregation, are developing this strategic plan. It is meant to be a living document that will help us come together around a shared vision of how we are called to participate in God’s mission in the world. It is a call to each of us to deepen our personal connections to God, one another, and the work of the church.
This will be information central. Our goal is complete openness about every aspect of this process. Check back here for updates, subsequent events, reports, etc.
Faithfully,
Pastor Jeff
